Acura prodala přes milion aut se čtyřkolkami SH-AWD
Acura na autosalonu v Chicagu slaví dosažení milníku 1 000 000 prodaných vozů se systémem pohonu všech kol s vektorováním točivého momentu Super Handling All Wheel Drive (SH-AWD). Luxusní divize značky ve svých oficiálních materiálech tvrdí, že je o „world’s first torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system“. Mitsubishi sice mělo podobný systém dříve, ale Acura zřejmě bere v potaz i předo-zadní distribuci točivého momentu, pokud se nemýlím, AYC má mezi nápravami poměr 50:50.
SH-AWD debutovalo (možná trochu nešťastně) v luxusním sedanu Acura RL (Honda Legend) v roce 2004 a nyní je k dispozici v pěti modelech značky – sedanech TLX a RLX, SUV RDX a MDX a supersportovní NSX. V současnosti existuje systém SH-AWD už ve třetí generaci. Tedy ve třetí generaci v případě mechanického SH-AWD, když připočítáme hybridní SH-AWD se třemi elektromotory pro RLX a MDX, jsou to vlastně už generace čtyři, respektive pět, v případě jeho modifikace pro NSX. 😉 Acura RLX má stále první generaci pohonu, druhou generaci měly Acury MDX, RDX, TL a ZDX v období 2007-2015), třetí verzi mají současné MDX a TLX a čtvrtou aktuální RDX. Hybridní SH-AWD
SH-AWD v současné verzi je schopné přenést až 70 % točivého momentu na zadní nápravu a až 100 % z něj lze poslat na jedné kolo, umožňuje tedy opravdu široké možnosti jeho distribuce. Systém také umí urychlit vnější zadní kolo až o 2,7 % a dále tak zvýšit účinek vektorování.

GTR neumi dat na jakykoliv kolo 0-100% kroutaku, ne? To je jen rear biased a predkem si pomaha nejak. A brzdit ty kola taky tusim asi neumelo.
